When building a house you need to get the following permissions:
1. A permission to begin a building process (you need a sketch project or a work project for this).
2. You need to receive a Technological Proviso (TP) to connect to gas, electric, water and sewer lines of communication.
3. TP on the energy saving.
4. TP on the general radio line.
5. TP on the telephone line.
This list may vary depending in the complexity of your project.
